I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros; it arrived in three working days. I turned off the power and shut off the water to the dish washer, took off the toe guard and unscrewed the appliance from the countertop. I hoped that I could pull the dish washer out from under the counter without disconnecting the water and wiring as I had seen done in the video. Luckily, I didn't have to disconnect them and with a little effort I was able to pull the dish washer out so I could work on it. Replacing the spring was easy.
