Richard D Olympia , WA October 24, 2015 Broken door spring I ordered the part from Appliance Parts Pros; it arrived in three working days. I turned off the power and shut off the water to the dish washer, took off the toe guard and unscrewed the appliance from the countertop. I hoped that I could pull the dish washer out from under the counter without disconnecting the water and wiring as I had seen done in the video. Luckily, I didn't have to disconnect them and with a little effort I was able to pull the dish washer out so I could work on it. Replacing the spring was easy. Jay H Gig Harbor , WA March 14, 2015 Appliance: Model GLD3600L00BB Door spring of ge dishwasher broke Ordered the spring from Appliance Parts Pros and as soon as it was delivered I removed the lower front panel and removed the dishwasher from the counter. I replaced the spring and reinstalled the dishwasher in the counter and reinstalled the lower front panel. The dishwasher was now usable. The spring replacement took approximately 30 minutes to accomplish.
