Ordered a packing pump Service assembly and figured out where and how it was supposed to assembled, since there were no instructions included with the part. I think this should have been fixed by the factory since this problem appears to happen quite often, hence the relocation of the drain pump to the washer frame. Poor design on Samsung's part.
