After moving our Samsung fridge/freezer, we had a lot of trouble putting it back together...It turned out that the right freezer drawer rail assembly was broken so after we spent hours trying to fix it, we called some local appliance parts stores who all said that the part would take 2 weeks to get in and suggested buying online. The part was here within 2 days and was easily installed. Very happy with my experience with Parts Pros :-)
