After 3 warranty companies wouldn't honor their warranties (they said they only covered mechanical failures) I turned to the internet and found this site. Not all of the parts have pictures so I chatted with a person on the site who gave me the part. Ordered it (even though I was nervous it wouldn't be right). It came and my husband was able to fix our fridge for $23. Thank you so much for all the help.
