On Monday afternoon I called several appliance part store for prices on this part. AppliancePartsPro.com was the least expensive so Monday afternoon I placed the order. Tuesday morning the part was on my doorstep. Amazing! I did not attempt the repair myself since I didn't want to risk breaking other parts on the door so I hired the building maintenance man who changed it out in less than a half hour.
