Both fixes were easy. The only snag was the first shipment there was virtually no packing material and the ice-maker banged around in the box enough to break itself and the new drawer. I called customer service immediately. A lovely gentlemen assisted me in replacing both items and this time it arrived with plenty of packing material. The drawer fit better than the original and within 1 hour we had ice from the new ice-maker. Most likely will be contacting them again soon, as the latch on my dishwasher is getting wonky.
