Robert P Avon , CT August 21, 2015 Broken knob on old ac unit First - I called AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered the replacement knob. It was crazy easy, my CSR was super friendly, the part was super cheap and it arrived with standard shipping the very next day-that's just crazy!!!
