It was crazy easy, my CSR was super friendly, the part was super cheap and it arrived with standard shipping the very next day-that's just crazy!!! (Please note: my results may not be typical- but I bet they are) I was so impressed, I called back the next day to tell them how awesome their service and speed were-it seems rare in this day and age- it takes a lot to impress me- these guys did it :) thank you!!
