Neil K Concord , NC October 08, 2016 Broken knob Replaced all 4 knobs with new. Your website asked for model number only, which I supplied. The knobs sent were incorrect. I called customer service, was asked for serial number, it seems the website knobs were not the ones needed for my stoves serial number.My first knobs were returned, new (correct) knobs were sent to me.All thanks to your excellent customer service person, a very professional and knowledgable woman named Paula.Let's hope your website people are as skilled as Paula.
