The knob was broken inside, where it fits on the burner turn shaft. You just can't depend on a glue or duct tape fix for something like that. Only solution was replacement. I got the model number from my stove and called your firm. The cusotmer service folks were very knowledgeable and identified the right part and I had it in the mail a week later. Good Service, decent prices and on time. You can't ask for a better solution that that! Thanks Again
