Ordered new shelf. Unfortunately, the right lower and left lower shelves are shaped differently. I ordered the wrong one. Re-ordered the correct one. I am keeping the incorrectly ordered shelf because this is not the first time they have broken. I expect that the right one will need replacement in the future.
Order arrived quicker than expected. Very happy with service.
Perhaps website should indicate left vs right sided replacement.
