How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4567198 / DA97-06419C Refrigerator Door Bin Assembly Guard

Ordered new shelf. Unfortunately, the right lower and left lower shelves are shaped differently. I ordered the wrong one. Re-ordered the correct one. I am keeping the incorrectly ordered shelf because this is not the first time they have broken. I expect that the right one will need replacement in the future. Order arrived quicker than expected. Very happy with service. Perhaps website should indicate left vs right sided replacement.

Ordered replacements for the third time in three years. 

I ordered 3 replacement shelves for my fridge. Promptly received the shipment, but one of the items was damaged (the lid for the butter try shelf). I went online and started a chat with the rep from APP, and they were great. Gave them my information and told them the issue. Replacement part sent out on Monday! Great service. 

I first ordered the parts from a parts place and found out 5 days later that they had to cancel my order since they did not have the parts. I then went to AppliancePartsPros, ordered the parts and had them at my house 5 days later. The parts were exact matches and very easy to change out. No tools were required and it took about 15 minutes which included cleaning a few areas of my frig that I typically don't see with the bottom shelf removed. 

Replaced shelf, it fit perfectly. I received my order in 3 days. 

I ordered a replacement tray on Sunday and received it Tuesday that was so fast you can't get anything better then that and works perfectly no tools needed. 

New shelves 

I simply went online to Appliance Parts Pro, found my part, ordered and had the part in hand two days later. Could not say enough about the price and service. 

Purchased a new replacement from Appliance Parts Pros. Popped broken one out popped new one in. Easy Peasy! Other repairs I have done the videos for assistance were excellent and spot on!
