Douglas G Augusta , GA May 24, 2019 Whirlpool cabrio lid. I watched the video on the website then used the star type screwdriver to remove the 4 screws. I also replaced the white plastic bearings on both sides. The unit looks brand new and the lid now stays in place when it is open. Thanks APP.com! Wayne W Herndon , PA December 13, 2025 Lid was broken out at the hinge on one side of the washer lid Opened the lid and removed the 4screws on the bottom of the lid on the sides,then pulled straight up to remove.ordered a new one and installed it in reverse order and reinstalled the torc headed screws with a small allen wrench .
