1 was broken, replacement was pack of 2. So I changed both. Took off front and rear panels, honestly only needed access from back. Be sure to remove motor spin control(2 screws) , that pin is hard to pull out. Keep your pins in good shape, they're outrageously priced. Best advice---watch the video on this website and use a 1/2" box end wrench to collapse pin retainer. Mine ended up being broken spider on inner drum, unit trashed!
