I watched the video and said "I can do that!". Sure enough, a few hours later (2 to disassemble, 2 to clean all the interior parts, 2 hours to reassemble), I am up here writing this review while my washer is doing it's thing! Great video, parts were ordered on a Friday, delivered on a Sunday, job was done a day later. Of all the junk on the internet, your DIY videos and parts service are amazing!
