Determined which part was needed.
Ordered the part on-line one day and it arrived on my door step next day with regular, standard delivery.
Unfortunately UNABLE to install the part as I can't stretch the spring far enough to connect correctly. There must be a way to connect the spring which is not apparent to me and I don't want to screw up my refrigerator. I'm calling a professional to install the spring BUT it was very simple and quick to order the spring on-line.
