I tried to chat with an online Chat in order to get advice on purchasing replacements. But, I don't think she knew the answer. .I waited forever without resolution. So, I decided to call the company. The Customer Service person was so very helpful. She checked and advised on everything and then I purchased. The items arrived quickly and are PERFCET. Thanks so much to her. I am so pleased.
