Description
The Crisper Pan is an OEM part for Frigidaire refrigerators. It provides enclosed storage for fruits and vegetables, helping maintain freshness.
Over time, the crisper pan can crack or warp due to exposure to cold, moisture, and repeated opening/closing. Damage from improper handling when loading produce can also cause failure.
Symptoms of a failing crisper pan include:
- Poor humidity regulation/airflow
- Condensation buildup inside the pan
- Visible cracks or splits in the plastic
- Difficulty sliding the crisper in and out
- Produce spoiling more quickly
