The kit arrived early, and just in time for Thanksgiving. When I opened the box, I was skeptical that I ordered the correct parts since they looked COMPLETELY different. The original parts were entirely plastic (no wonder the wheel snapped off); the new ones were steel. But I’ve ordered from Appliance Parts Pros before so I trusted that the kit would work. Getting the old parts off was tricky and took the most amount of time. The directions enclosed were precise which made assembly easy, but the pictures were very dark. Overall a very good experience.
