Carol B Grant , MI November 19, 2014 Burned out heating coil in electric range Called from Michigan on Monday about 3:30 p.m. Had the part by noon on Tuesday and by 3:30 had baked 4 dozen cookies - coil just had to be pulled out and the new one put in - took maybe 5 minutes.
