I only need a Philips screwdriver to remove the back plate from oven. Was careful when unplugging the wires (Video warned they may want to snap back behind the opening). Plugged the new element in, screwed the back plate into oven and was done in 5 minutes. Flipped the circuit breaker back on and tested to see if it worked.
This was so easy you can allow your wife to stare over your shoulder while you work. She will think you're a genius.
