Referred to youtube video that helped provide general background and, used care while unmounting and removing cables from old element switch. Biggest suggestion is to pay good attention to switch wires as the replacement switch had different locations for specific wires than original switch. Nothing earth shattering but, definitely want to make sure you wire correctly (for obvious reasons). Voila! that was it... easy fix for anyone that is pretty handy.
