My husband suspected the dials or heat regulators and I search youtube for answers. One showed us what to do with the stove. We took the back off where the dials are and removed one of the switches. I went on line to search for new parts locally but to know avail there wasn't supply in town. I spoke with the customer service person and she was wonderful and she was able to order the parts for me from the model number on the stove. My husband replace all four switches and it works fine now. Even if we didn't have to replace all, we went ahead and did it that way. Better safe than sorry or fire.
