Dishwasher worked fine except the top rack would keep coming off the rails, could see the rollers needed replacement. Washer is 10 years old, and in that time the rollers had become brittle and broken. At first tried to use old screw and washer, but washer was impossible to remove from screw as I have hard water and the calcium deposits seemingly cemented it. Order this screw and washer set and within 5 minutes of getting easily replaced the old rollers. The video was very helpful, as was the ability to find all parts based on the schematics.
