I wasn't sure how to get the wheel off. I tugged and twisted and even pried with a screwdriver. Nothing. Then I turned the screwdriver around to the handle side and gave the inside part of the wheel a tap and it popped off. Snapped the new one on. Now that I know the trick it is about a 20 second job if you include opening the plastic bag.
