David C Clarkston,Wa 99403 United States , WA February 18, 2017 Busted wheel I wasn't sure how to get the wheel off. I tugged and twisted and even pried with a screwdriver. Nothing. Then I turned the screwdriver around to the handle side and gave the inside part of the wheel a tap and it popped off. Snapped the new one on. Now that I know the trick it is about a 20 second job if you include opening the plastic bag. Andrew W Santa Rosa , CA September 16, 2018 Door would not latch fully and the wash cycle would usually stop in the middle New latch. Latch was easy to install, but when I tried to close the door, it wouldn’t hold shut. For some reason, the manufacturer ships the latches in the closed position. I only figured this out by reading some of the other reviews for this item. Once I moved the latch to the open position (just need a screwdriver to pop the spring loaded latch in the other direction), I was able to get through a complete wash cycle.
