David C Clarkston,Wa 99403 United States , WA February 18, 2017 Busted wheel I wasn't sure how to get the wheel off. I tugged and twisted and even pried with a screwdriver. Nothing. Then I turned the screwdriver around to the handle side and gave the inside part of the wheel a tap and it popped off. Snapped the new one on. Now that I know the trick it is about a 20 second job if you include opening the plastic bag. Andrew W Santa Rosa , CA September 16, 2018 Door would not latch fully and the wash cycle would usually stop in the middle New latch. Latch was easy to install, but when I tried to close the door, it wouldn’t hold shut. For some reason, the manufacturer ships the latches in the closed position. I only figured this out by reading some of the other reviews for this item. Once I moved the latch to the open position (just need a screwdriver to pop the spring loaded latch in the other direction), I was able to get through a complete wash cycle. Lynn D Tempe , AZ July 10, 2018 Appliance: Model GE ADORA DISHWASHER Broke the upper rack water/spinning arm while 'cleaning it'. I have hard water and my dishwasher is old. I was going to take off the spinning arm to bleach it, but ended up breaking it. I am so glad for AppliancePartsPros.com. Breaking the upper rack arm, which was basically stuck and I tried too hard to remove it and broke it. I almost thought I had to buy a complete new upper rack. Enter AppliancePartsPros.com - found the upper arm assembly. [During my successful 'cleaning', I also noticed the wheels were not freely spinning, so I ordered replacement rollers for both the top and bottom rack] I was VERY careful installing the arm assembly. [no directions, just took my time] and aligned the ridges and nubs etc together before twisting. Ran the dishwasher in test mode, upper rack is usable again!! Very pleased. Had to strong arm the wheels a bit.... All the parts FIT the dishwasher [it's not THAT old 8 yrs but not made anymore...] as advertised. Will be back!! Read More...
