Sharon M Canton , MA August 19, 2016 Many button didn't work on control pad including cancel button so no way to turn off oven Ordered control panel. There's a strip that connects the control buttons to the mother board. Just push the black tab out if the holes on the old strip and gently pull strip out. Then insert new strip, pushing in far enough for tabs to go through the holes.
