I looked up the replacement part at AppliancePartsPros.com, verified the part was suitable for my model refrigerator and ordered it. It came quickly! The broken part was easy to remove. Without any training video, I was a bit reluctant to pry the bin far enough to put in the replacement insert, but there was no problem at all. The replacement insert fit right into place and our refrigerator bin is restored.
After I removed the food items, the shelf tuckaway assembly was easy to slide out, and the slide-out shelf was easy to slide in. The new part is not an exact match to the other shelves, but it fits and latches into place, and the difference in appearance is not conspicuous.
