Charles V Port Orchard , WA January 17, 2017 Appliance: Bosch SHU6802 UC/06 (FD 7705-7912) The closing switch for the door had a break in the connection causing the locking mechanism to fail I looked on the parts website and spotted the switch. I called to tech support for confirmation that this was indeed the right part. The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable about installation and verified the one part was all I needed. I received the part on time as scheduled and it took me about 30 minutes to install the switch. The anchor to the sheet metal of the panel was cut differently than the original part(17 years old) therefore I had to drill a new hole to screw in the anchor. It all went very smoothly and I am most impressed at how easy it was to make this repair. Great telephone support.
