John K New Freedom , PA February 13, 2016 When clothes in the dryer were done the dryer did not shut off The technician determined that the timer was most probably the problem. We ordered a new timer and it came in just 3 days. The video was very helpful. Timers are easier to install than I thought. Now the dryer works great.
