Thinking that the "push to start" switch and/or the "thermal fuse" was the problem, I ordered these two parts only to discover that they were not the problem. If I had used an ohm meter, I could of confirmed that they were still good. I next called customer support for suggestions to trouble shoot. They gave me pointers on what to check and I concluded that the "timer control" was not giving me correct readings according to the wiring diagram. I called customer support back to confirm my suspicion about the "timer" being the problem. After studying the wiring diagram, they to were fairly confident that the "timer" was bad and it was not the dryer motor, which would of been the only remaining part to fail. The new "timer" was ordered, shipped that same day and received in 2 days. The "timer" was the part that failed and once replaced, my dryer was working.
