Great phone support helped with getting correct parts. Refrigerator is about 24 years old. Waiting on back ordered (March) replacement. I ordered the 3 main parts: thermostat, heater kit (coil) and timer. It took the most time to defrost coils, used a heat gun. Turned out heater coil was burned out. Replaced timer an thermostat anyway. Only disappointing part of the project was the condition of the coil when received, box looked like it fell off a truck and then got run over, the bracket had to be straightened out. Extra cost 2 day shipping turned out to be 6 days, COVID and thanksgiving didn’t help.
