David O Bakersfield , CA February 20, 2016 Compactor ram wouldn't move up or down and I replaced the power nuts. Still didn't work properly. Found the directional switch and pushed the button. Worked the ram moved. Realized that the problem was a broken arm on the switch. Now the appliance works fine. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours
