Not so easy! The fan is similar to a computer cooling fan but has a rounded housing that slips over a round condenser coil. It slides into a shoe bracket at the bottom. It should slide out towards the back of the refrig by approx 1/2 inch then pull up and out. But the fan shroud wraps around the condenser coil causing you not to be able to slide. You must first take a screw out that supports the condenser coil at the opposite end of the condenser "not easy to get to" then push the coil away from the fan motor. Also on my unit there was a refrigerant line blocking the fan motor from sliding that needed to be pushed down and out of the way.
Not Happy with the quality of this unit. I have had other refrigerators last 20 years or more with no problems. Dan Arizona.
