How to replace Control Board. We have a GE Microwave Convection Oven (Model: JVM1790SK01) The control knob would only worked if you push the button in at the 7 o'clock position. Needless to say, very annoying. I researched how to replace the mother board behind the control panel. I found a YouTube video showing how simple it was. Remove one screw and then just slide the whole panel up to remove. Then all you do is remove the wire harnesses from the board. Unscrew the board from the plastic panel and replace.
