I had a repair person come out to look at the dryer, hoping he could fix it on the spot if it was a simple problem like a thermal fuse. He diagnosed a blown control board and when he checked on the price of the part he quoted me 400$ for part and labor. Since he had already diagnosed the problem I felt comfortable ordering the part itself, which was quite expensive, and doing it myself from there. They offered to send me a new part if I desired. In he end I found I had not reconnected all of the inputs to the board and it then worked perfectly. I was very Eased with the service.
