I fixed it myself, I didn't know it was the control panel (there was no power to know for sure) until I went through some checks, first the obvious. Checked the breaker box, then checked to see if the dishwasher was getting power, it was. Next I checked the PCB (Power Control Board) it was getting power and was converting it to 12 and 5 volt and sending it to the Sub Control Board. Next I made sure power was getting to the control panel and it was getting the correct voltage but, press the power button and nothing. Touch any button on the Control Panel and nothing. So for 42 dollars plus 10 dollars shipping I fixed my Samsung Waterfall Dishwasher (bought it new 2 years ago for 869 dollars).
