When I described the problem with our dishwasher the assistant on the chat line wanted to see me a circuit board and it took me a while to convince her that I needed control panel and she then confirmed that I needed part # AP4365077 for my Jennair dishwasher model JDB1100AWS. However, luckily I insisted and received the correct part A second hurdle was that I didn't readily figure out that none my hexagonal wrenches would work and that I had to get a torch screw driver from the hard wear store. Luckily the torch screw driver set came with a nut driver that fit perfectly (and which I hadn't thought of either upfront). After this the repair was smooth sailing - it took me about 45 min including cleaning and removal of 7 years worth of gunk and calcium deposits around the door hinges.
