Devin P Ellington , CT June 17, 2017 Control panel was unresponsive I ordered a new button panel after matching my machines model on this website. I ordered the part and it came in just a few days. The repair/replacement was easy. I turned off the breaker to my washer first. After that I took off the inside panel of the door, and the top section came out with about 5 screws. I hooked up the control panel to the new ribbon and put the door back on. I made sure everything was snug and put the power back on.
