The control panel is just a thin film which is pasted in place. I can be pulp rather easily, but you have to remove the entire panel to get to the connectors. This is not difficult. Just pull the stove out about 3-4 inches to access two screws, on either side of the panel, (philips). Then open the oven door to access 4 additional screws under the panel. Remove those screws and you will now be able to pull the panel away from the stove and access the connectors. DONE! make sure when ordering to order the right color, (back or white) for your stove. (note: You need another person to hold the panel once the screws are out)
