Actually, we ended up NOT fixing it because my brother-in-law purchased us a new dryer the day before the parts arrived..HOWEVER....I was more than thrilled with my experience with appliancePartsPROS!! I was concerned with how much time I had to return my parts, and was very surprised to find out that they give a 365 day return policy with no questions asked...REALLY??? ONE YEAR? that's unheard of in ANY industry....Filling out the request for refund and printing out the info was one of the easiest things to do...I can not wait until I need their products again....What a marvelous experience....
