Mark S Raleigh , NC June 01, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Gas Dryer GGW9250PW1 I needed to convert from lp to natural gas Removed LP Orifice and LP Gas limiter. Orifice was easy, however the gas limiter was the tricky one because I had no instructions to what went where. I could not find anything online as to how to convert from LP to Natural Gas, but you could find several things as to how to convert from Natural to LP. I ended up finding the Dryer schematic on line for the Whirlpool Duet natural gas dryer and was able to figure out what sequence the Spring, regulator and limiter went in. Vincent P Howell , NJ October 09, 2014 Propane to natural gas conversion on range and dryer Confirmed parts needed through online chat with tech and followed video instructions for dryer conversion. Found a video online for range conversion. Replaced orifices for stove top and adjusted oven burner orifices and air shutters and inverted pin in pressure regulator to natural gas position. All went well with no problems, about an hour and a half to gather tools and complete both jobs. Probably could be done faster but I was taking my time. As the product was initially bought at a Sears Retailer we contacted them for the requisite parts to convert our 8-year-old dryer from LP to Natural Gas. After over 90 minutes on the phone with their customer service and two deliveries of the WRONG PARTS, I went online and found what I thought to be the right parts. I called and within four minutes I was told exactly what was needed and where I could find reference materials. I was able to complete the conversion two days later when the parts arrived in a little under twenty minutes! I was concerned with how much time I had to return my parts, and was very surprised to find out that they give a 365 day return policy with no questions asked...REALLY??? ONE YEAR? that's unheard of in ANY industry....Filling out the request for refund and printing out the info was one of the easiest things to do...I can not wait until I need their products again....What a marvelous experience....
