Ordered the coupling. Looked up the coupling on the parts breakout. Ordered it here. Slid the microwave out of the space it is in and tipped it on its side. Then I un screwed the motor from the bottom of the microwave, slid the coupling in and then replaced be motor.
Worked perfectly first time!
