I had my grandson, as he is more agile, replace the Drip Pan. The only real issue was the removing and reinstalling the Fan module. Strongly suggest to view the provided Video a couple of time to save frustration. As not in video, you do not need to remove the water line as the whole back panel will just fold up and out of the way. A 1/4" nut driver is the only tool you need. What drove me to replace the Drip Pan (it was cracked) was a water leak from underneath the freezer door and inside was a 'puddle' of ice, the freezer door had been not pushed all the way closed. Investigation led to a frozen over drain hole underneath the cooling coils at the back of the freezer compartment. You need to empty the freezer compartment into a 'ice chest' and put in 'ice bags' on top of the items, this will hold for a couple of hours. Remove the freezer door and the lower basket. Use a hair dryer, or equivalent, and direct the hot air to the lower set of slots in the rear panel paying particular attention to the center slot as that is where the drain hole is. This will take a bit of time so be patient. Also, I used an old bath towel to soak up the water, and later poured a small amount of water into the coil drip tray to ensure the drain was free and which drained into the new Drip Pan the grandson just installed. Unit Parts, items 20 (coil drip tray) and 22 (freezer coil). The actual time for Drip Tray replacement was as stated, 30-60 minutes. The time to discover the frozen over drain hole was an addition hour, or so, as the grandson removed the rails and rear panel, item 11, Freezer Liner Parts to see the drain hole. The later task was painstaking and patience is required. I had previously replaced the Freezer Door gasket and still had a problem of ice accumulation in the freezer bottom, the door had not been fully shut at one time. I checked the freezer door seal to the cabinet by using a dollar bill, insert the dollar bill between the seal and the refrigerator door frame. Slowly remove the dollar bill, there should be a resistance when removing. I corrected my 'looseness' by carefully adding a layer or two of Duct Tape, or equivalent.
