Removed 3 screws which anchored the back panel onto the microwave door. Used a putty knife to separate the back panel from the microwave door. Removed the two phillip head screws. Purchased some small washers and inserted them on the screws for better support. Screwed on the new microwave door handle and gently pushed in the back panel. Completed the task in about 15-20 minutes.
