I had attempted to glue the crack a couple of times. I kept looking at it, thinking it has to be an easy fix. There's not much to it.
I looked up the video on broken spray arm and it was just as easy as I thought.
I was just having some trouble figuring out how the spray arm assembly came apart. All I had to do was unscrew it,using a screwdriver as a little bit of leverage to get the assembly to move.
The dishwasher is 16 years old & it just needed a little more leverage to come off.
For $35 and 5 minutes of my time, I had the spray arm assembly replaced and the dishwasher was up and running again.
It only took a couple of days for my part to arrive.
Much better than paying $700 for a new dishwasher whose only problem was a broken sprayer tower.
