He was most helpful and reinforced my thought of what part was needed in order to solve the issue. He placed the order and I had it within 4 days. Some appliances now days do not come with a manual showing all the parts and this dishwasher is only 3 years old. If a 68 year old woman can accomplish this task after a brief chat, anybody can do it.
The pricing was lower than what I had been quoted by 2 local suppliers and the customer service was fantastic. Will definitely use APP again if and when I have an issue with an appliance.
