Esther B Gladys , VA May 16, 2015 Appliance: Model 665.13744K603 The cycle options on our kenmore dishwasher gradually stopped working they would not respond to the buttons on the push pad we kept using dishwasher (months) until the last option no longer worked We decided that possibly the panel control was wore out, so we ordered a new one. It arrived in 2 days and it was a simple matter to take the old one out and plug in the new one. We couldn't be more pleased!
