Jason R Wilkesboro , NC October 01, 2019 Damaged bellows and clamp. Replaced the Bellows and Clamp. Spring was still usable. Damage was due to clothes being trapped between the lid and the bellows. During the wash cycle they twisted into a knot that pulled the spring into the machine. Bending the spring and tearing the bellows. Watched a video on youtube that showed the basic steps. Definitely need a second set of hands to replace spring as it requires a lot of stretching. Also used a clamp to hold one portion of it in place as we worked our way around. Ordered parts and was pleasantly surprised that they arrived the next day even though I chose the standard 3 to 5 day shipping. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
